The ice cream sandwich! This is no ordinary sandwich, because it’s made with coffee beer ice cream using Northern Monk’s awesome Mocha Porter.
COFFEE BEER ICE CREAM SANDWICH RECIPE
For the cookie:
2 eggs
130g brown soft sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
40g plain flour
1 tsp ground coffee
200g dark chocolate
30g salted butter
5 handfuls of stuff from the back of the cupboard!
For the ice cream:
6 egg yolks
165g soft brown sugar
568ml double cream
225ml coffee porter or any other beer you fancy (not hoppy!)
